Do you love your library? Do you want to make a difference in your community? Please consider joining the Clinton Community Library Board of Trustees. We are currently accepting applications for two Board vacancies. The Board of Trustees meets monthly, but most work is accomplished through committees such as finance, facilities, and fundraising. A Trustee must be a resident of the Town of Clinton and agree to serve a three-year term on a volunteer basis.
If you’re interested but unsure of what it means to be a Board member, come to an informal “Coffee with the Board” session — we will have two scheduled in January. Check our website or call the library for specific dates and times. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions and learn more about how library board members steer the organization.
Everyone has unique talents that they can bring to the table. We encourage all who want to help our library grow to submit an application to Carol Bancroft, Library Director via email (email@example.com), or deliver it to her at the Library. Applications are due on Friday, January 24th.
Applications are available at the Library and online here.
